Good Evening CAFMA Personnel,

CAFMA will be hosting Career Survival Training on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, from 1:00p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Whether you are a newer or long-term employee, I think it is safe to say that you aspire to finish your career successfully. This class explores some of the most common behaviors that lead to terminations from Fire Service.

I was able to attend this class while at the Riverside County Fire Chief’s Leadership Academy and it was so impressionable that I felt that it was worth bringing to CAFMA to share within our organization. Luckily, Chief Feddema, has been able to make it happen.
